At Whole Foods the best colon cleanser you can get is ';Sonnes'; #7 AND # 9. They work together. You have to get them both.





However, I've used Sonnes for years until about 5 years ago when a girlfriend of mine told me about another one that is alot better. She told me its the best and she was right. I've never used Sonnes again. I like it because it also address parasites and the liver. Its' alot more complete and it doesn't have the contraversy around it that Sonnes' does due the ';Bentonite.';

PS: your making a great decision to begin cleansing and detoxifying your body. I always feel great after a cleanse and usually lose a few pounds too.
You will need: three to four fresh aloe leaves; a nice handful senna; fresh and not candied or powdered ginger; cayenne powder which can be found in powder form; and fresh garlic. First, crush the aloe leaves. Use gel-like substance and pour in the middle. Use about three to four leaves and place into a bowl. Using your palm, put senna on it until it gets full and simply add one table spoon of crushed ginger. Then add one-fourth teaspoon of cayenne pepper and four cloves of garlic. Simply add your herbs and that鈥檚 it! Your colon cleanse recipe is ready.
