I bought dual cleanse at sam's club. It works fine. The most cost effective colon cleanse is eating lots of fiber from whole wheat products and lots of fruit and veggies. Aim for 30 grams per day. I also really like the Kashi brand cereals, Thomas Light multigrain english muffins and Arnold whole wheat flax bread.
