Yes. I've done it a number of times. The 1st time I did it I lost 6 kg and felt fantastic after. I did it for 8 days. Since the 1st time, each time I've only done it for 4 or 5 days. It's very important to make sure you don't forget to drink plenty of water while you are on it. Get plenty of sleep while you are doing it, too because the longer you are on it the less energy you'll have. If you don't feel well, come off it gently. You can always do it again another time.
