Saltwater flush WITHOUT doing the whole master cleanse?

is it still effective to just do the saltwater flush once in a while on an empty stomach without doing the entire master cleanse?Saltwater flush WITHOUT doing the whole master cleanse?
yea you can but you're really best to fast one day and do the salt flush the day after that, if you do it when there is still alot of food in your system it's really bad, basicly your sick and in pain for hours.


The salt flush is not something you should do too often.
