What's a good facial cleansing routine?

I'm not looking to go out and buy something, I just want to be able to wash my face easily and reduce getting zits.What's a good facial cleansing routine?
wash your face once in the morning and once at night. Put an oil free lotion ( like aveeno ) on at anytime your face feels dry. And use an oil free face wash ( like neutrogena ).What's a good facial cleansing routine?
If you wear eye make-up, like liner and shadow, take it off first with baby oil on a cotton ball. (as much as you can easily) Then use Dove soap and wash your face and then rinse it and dry off. If you need lotion put it on. Otherwise you are finished.
i use to use avon products it really works but now i use clean and clear!!! the face wash, the cleansing pads, and the blemish remover!! you works immediately!!! and drink lots of water!!!

I am a beauty therapist and when we have clients come in for a facial this is the routine - I also do this at home.


Morning and night you need to double cleanse your face, neck and chest area.


The first cleanse gets rid of make-up and daily grime and dirt.


Tone, this helps to keep the pH balance of your skin and then moisturize.


2-3 times per week depending on your skin exfoliate, this can be done after the double cleanse and before toner.


Apply a mask once per week that is appropriate for your skin type.


If you keep this up and have a good diet, drink lots of water it will help with your skin.


If you are happy with the products at home just keep to them a good cheap product from pharmacy or supermarkets would be Neutrogena(Sorry spelling isn't the best), Avon products.


Try not to use cheaper acne products as the contain too much alcohol and will dry out the skin so the skin thinks it needs more oil and over produces it.

i would use honey, grounded oats, lime juice. try it. love.
wash your face twice a day, in the morning and before you go to bed. Use a facial scrub like St. Ives apricot scrub(I use it and I luv it!) 2-3 times a week and use a facial mask once a week. I do this routine and it really works!
