Does colon cleansing really work?

ok so im in the process of losing weight. ive lost a few pounds but not a nearly enough as i need to lose. i heard that if i buy colon cleanser it will help. is this true? Does colon cleansing really work?
Absolutely not.

The notion that your colon needs cleansing is a triumph of marketing. There have been clinical studies, but none produced results backing the claims of colon cleansing products, including that your cravings are reduced.

Fecal material does not collect, impacted on the colon walls. Fecal material in the colon is not toxic and cannot poison. (Or constipated people would be found dead on the street. ';Look, Jerry, there's another one. Poor bastard didn't eat enough fiber.';)

Colon cleansing is quackery, designed to sell you a product you don鈥檛 need.

Does colon cleansing really work?
Yes, Colon Cleansing is considered quackery by most professionals and should not be used as a weight loss program. You can upset your bodies electrolyte balance as well as damage your health in other ways by introducing foreign agents into your colon.

However, chronic constipation is not good either and can lead to problems such as impaction and hemorrhoids. Constipation is aggravated by improper diet, dieting and not drinking enough fluids...preferably water.

yes it definitely works i had a colonic cleanse and it flushed away about 5 pounds of unwanted waste that was just sitting there and the health therapist that did it told me about a famous man that died of colon cancer and when an autopsy was done on him there was 44 pounds of excess waste in his bowels so if he had done a regular colonic cleanse he probably would have not died.so i would advise you to buy a herbal tea from holland and barret called slimatee and follow the instructions.its brilliant
Gastro doctors do not recommend it. Told my BF that was the worse thing he could do. No legal studies approved by the FDA that supports it. Just a money maker for scaring the public into spending money on junk!
No, it doesn't work. But doctors recommend one day only per month to just eat fruits, veggies, water and juice. That is a natural and safe way to cleanse your body and rid it of nasty toxins.
It is crap...excuse the expression. Don't waste your money and possible damage your colon.
