Looking for a no scam cleansing/detox system?

Seems there are way too many scams everywhere. I'm trying to find a good and honest product for cleansing/detoxifying. I saw one by a Dr. Natura which seems silly. They had a bunch of pictures of disgusting things that supposedly will come out with your bowel movements. Not sure if those are really things that are built up inside your body or if the pills you take are creating these things. Then there is a product by isagenix which seems really good, but it is so expensive. Can someone please advice me on a product that actually works and is not too expensive.Looking for a no scam cleansing/detox system?
just start eating healthy and cut out the junk. people always say that because it works. white flour is horrible for you.

my dad talked to his doctor about the whole colon cleanse thing, and people don't realize that your colon does a dang good job of cleansing itself.

just eat a bunch of fruit and veggies and stuff. and get a good amount of fiber. you'll be cleansed out in no time! haha.Looking for a no scam cleansing/detox system?
Ex-Lax. Psyllium. Senna. The first one is a chemical and more harsh, the second two are plant based, they all are the same thing. Laxatives. ALL of the colon cleansers are nothing more than laxatives. Usually a combo of different kinds of laxatives. Stool softener (like senna), fiber (bulk laxative) and some kind of stronger laxative more like psyllium or Cascara. You don't get detoxified.. you just get all of the feces out of your colon. The only thing that will do a 'cleanse' is to drink water, preferably with a few drops of lemon juice in it. Not gallons of water, but an 8 ounce glass every 2-3 hours for a whole day will do a pretty good cleanse on you. But seriously all that colon cleanse stuff is laxative. When people used laxative to lose weight we used to call it bulemia.. now we just call it cleanse. But anyway, if you are thinking it will make you lose weight.. it won't
When Isagenix first came out I tried it and really had success with it. But it is expensive - - - actually TOO expensive. And besides, I tried it again a couple of years later and didn't like it as much. I don't know what they did to the shake mix, but it didn't taste as good. But their Berry Juice stuff that you do for the 2-day fasting is good and after the 2 days I felt terrific. You won't like the taste of it though - - - it's strong.

I really like and trust Dr. Mercola and the products that he chooses to recommend. Here's a link to some information on his site. If I were doing a cleanse, I'd do this one:
