Hi im 15 years old and i wanted to see if Cleansing my body will help me lose weight. i weigh 205?

You need to focus and accept what will actually work instead of looking for quick fixes, cleansing will do nothing except put your body into a starvation mode in which you will hold onto everything and it will make it much more difficult to lose weight. What you need to do is begin exercising and watching what you eat while avoiding junk food, soda, snacking, eating at night. To simply lose weight you will need to do a lot of cardio, if you have a track at school spend an hour there every day doing a combination of walking, jogging, and running. You didn't gain weight overnight and you will not lose it overnight. It takes time, effort, and will. Just drinking water for 5 days is a horrible idea. Your body needs the calories from your food. Cleansing your body out isn't helpful to weight loss. Your digestive tract processes your food every 22 to 28 hours anyway. What you eat today, you poop out tomorrow. It is superficial weight that you lose. You want to lose fat, not waste that will eventually work its way out of you anyway. What and how much you eat is ';the most important'; factor in weight control and loss. Safely eat less calories per day than you burn and you will lose weight.
The easiest and fastest way to lose weight is eating 5 ';small'; meals a day spaced every 2-3 hours. Those 5 meals should consist of fat burning foods such as eggs, almonds and nuts, dairy, fruits, veggies, beans, spinach, lean meats, berries etc. Drink plenty of water, take a multivitamin and get plenty of sleep. Also doing 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week would really benefit you to, Good Luck :)
that will be bad for your body. yes you will lose weight but it won't be fat. it will be muscle weight. when you start eating again you will gain back all that weight. how bout you try eating healthy and exercising. see what happens with that.
