ok im going to start the master cleanse diet but i have no idea where to get the stuff i went to a grocery store and they said they never heard of the things .
what i need is grade B maple syrup, ground cayenne pepper .
can someone tell me where i can get the stuff?

Well Cayenne pepper should be easy to find, usually it comes ground. It is also usually found in the spice section of the store near black pepper.
Grade B Maple Syrup, I don't know I would try a health food store like Wild Oats or Whole Foods.
No I have not tried it.
