for constipation use a laxative you can ask for the best kind in any pharmacy... you can even drink it... it can be like tea in tea bags... or to just accelerate the intestinal movement.. Metamucil helps a lot and doesn't give you diarrhea.. just a normal healthy every day option to clear out the waste but don't use laxatives for slimming eat smart.. small amounts 5 times a day.. no junk food, salads and fruits and no junk food no sweets and a bit of exercise that is much healthier for losing weight.. and laxatives for constipation are ok but not on a regular basis otherwise your intestines get used to that stimulant and you can have no bowel movement without taking laxative.. be smart and use it only if you really need ot..
