Have anybody heard of the Master Cleanse, if so does it work, how long do you have to do it. Have you heard of the Master Cleanse?
It does not work. All those ';cleanse'; things are at best useless and at worst harmful. Your intestines are perfectly capable of cleaning themselves without intervention as they have in humans and other animals for millions of years.Have you heard of the Master Cleanse?
I did it and lost 14 pounds in like 11 days or so ..


it was really hard for me though because the taste is almost unbearable .. it works but not for long term weight loss! As soon as you eat again you will start to gain again ..
