What is a healthy lunch to make myself while doing a cleanse (doing Garden of Life's Perfect Cleanse)?

Can anyone give me some healthy recipes that I could make while doing the Perfect Cleanse?What is a healthy lunch to make myself while doing a cleanse (doing Garden of Life's Perfect Cleanse)?
Hello! I work at a health food store and I just bought a cleanse for my husband and I. I bought a different one, but mine states to avoid foods that are highly processed or that have a lot of refined flour, sugar, saturated fats or artificial sweetners. It also says to limit your intake of beef, pork, cold cuts, sausage, bacon, hot dogs, shellfish, soy products, peanuts and margarine. Wow! What CAN we eat? LOL :)





These are some things that I might make for us:





1) Big salad with veggies w/blackened chicken on top


2) Either minestrone or vegetable beef soup


3) A healthy chicken cacciatore with peppers, onions, mushrooms, pasta and a good spaghetti sauce.


4) Stuffed peppers

Don't know about that cleanse, but here's a delicious lunch:


(It has a name, but can't remember it)


Take cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.


Take dime size pieces of mozzarella cheese.


Rip or tear (don't cut) fresh basil.


Mix all together with olive oil and a little salt.


Very easy and Delicious.
