dude, im ready to try it. me and my dad are planning to do a power cleanse, and we're fans of LA ink, so why not do the same one?

Go to your local Natural food store[preferably a vegetarian one] and ask for their body cleansers they do really good with exercise my dad lost about 5-10 pds and my mom looked much healthier her skin glowed and she dropped a bit of weight too[Ijust dont know how much].
