THERES NOTHING TO GET....ITS THE NEW $$$$MAKING IDEA.....WATER DRINKERS ARE ENOUGH...NOT THE NEW CLEANSE CHIT THATS SOLD AND PROMISES MIRACLES.....

The toxins our bodies process through our kidneys and liver ARE real dangerous life threatening toxins!! It's the belief of many, some degreed physicians and respected medical doctors, that sweating can help our body's natural toxin filters ';cleanse'; ourselves of these toxins.

Some religions kinda get Twilight Zone out there with THEIR own metaphors of ';toxins'; and ways to ';cleanse'; people's spirits and bodies of such things; it's best to steer clear and away from such people.

Maybe you sweetened your cereal with Aspartame, which is banned in numerous countries and has the longest list of complaints the FDA has ever received. Then there are the pesticide residues found in the cereal itself and also on and in your apple. Your supposedly ';normal'; morning routine is beginning to look like a toxic nightmare. We have to wonder why childhood cancer rates are up several hundred percent from the 1970's. What exactly is causing all these auto-immune diseases like lupus, fibromyalgia, Crohn's, multiple sclerosis, etc? And why is it that the incidence rate of cancer in America is now 1 in 3? Could it be that between our diet, environmental pollutants, household cleansers, cookware, toiletries, water supply, synthetic materials, building materials and other supposedly ';normal'; elements, we are slowly and synergistically poisoning ourselves?





There are currently over four hundred pesticides and two thousand food additives that have been approved for use in America. Over 69 million Americans live in regions that exceed smog standards and most drinking water contains over seven hundred chemicals. As many as ten thousand chemicals enter our bodies in the form of solvents, emulsifiers and preservatives used in food processing and storage. What on earth makes us think our bodies can withstand such a chemically saturated environment without breaking down? And where do we go from here, how do we progress from feeling depressed and overwhelmed by our current toxin load to a healthier, less toxic state of being?
im gonna say drugs, alcohol, and any other chemical not found in nature, like pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, etc....

Not only are there drugs and alcohol, or the chemicals you can find in our environment and food, but there are the regular waste products that our bodies produce every day. Many people in our culture do not eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. They do not drink enough water or exercise enough. Our bodies are meant to cleanse themselves on a regular basis, but if we do not do the things that our bodies need most, the toxins can accumulate and our bodies cannot get rid of them properly. That's why such things as detox diets exist. These are very short-term diets whose goal is to kick start our bodies into getting rid of excess waste and toxins thereby making our bodies work better. When our bodies work better, we feel better and have more energy.
Anything harmful to the body is considered a ';toxin'; because of the word toxic. Drinking plenty of water rids many toxins out of body.

Toxins are what your body produces but doesn't get rid of entirely by itself. For example lactic acid, which is what you muscles produce when you use them. It sits in the muscles and it is what makes you sore and stiff. There are others, too, but I am a massage therapist, so that is the one I know well.

Good for you being skeptical! It's all B.S. The body is quite capable of shedding what may be bad for it while at the same time has it's way of telling you what it needs--nature gave us assorted teeth to eat meat and plants--so do it and don't worry about the nitwits telling you about colon cleansing and other crap.
