Well, you have to let me know what your reasons are to cleanse the colon. Do you have a medical blockage or a parasite problem you've just dealt with or just want to feel lighter?
There are different reasons for different folks.
There really isn't an unsafe way to cleanse the colon if you are using an enema with water and brewed coffee or lots of water to drink and fasting for a day.
It's all up to you. However, I've never found it necessary unless you have a clinical problem.
