Anyone used First Cleanse or any other total internal body cleansing system?

I just started my First Cleanse program. This is the first time Ive ever used one so Im kind of nervous about it.


Is it necessary to use a fiber supplement with it?


Can you tell me if you noticed anything significant during the process or after...did you feel better or notice results of any kind?
